Local (Singapore) Shipping Policy – Ex-stock items

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within one (1) business day upon receiving payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Deliveries to customer’s location will take place approx. 2 – 3 days after order is processed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Free shipping within main island Singapore is subjected to minimum order amount of SGD200.

Otherwise, a delivery charge of SGD5 is applicable for order amount of less than SGD200.

Delivery time will be approx. 2 – 3 days, however delays can occasionally occur.

For non-stock items, we will consolidate orders from various buyers within 1.5 weeks before expediting orders.
